Once we’ve found a suitable tenant for you, we’ll take care of all the necessary legal paperwork, collect the deposit and initial rent for you, then get the tenant moved in.

Residential Management Services: If you don’t want to deal with all of the headaches that come with managing your own home, we’d be happy to manage it for you. We’ll collect the rent and take care of any tenant problems that may arise, arrange any necessary repairs or maintenance for the home, perform regular inspections of the property, and coordinate the move-out process when that time comes. All you as the owner need to do is walk to the mailbox each month to get your check and statement, which will detail the income and expenses that went on in your home for that month.
